Mrs. Peck (aka Mrs. Mizinova-Peck) was born and raised in Russia. She graduated from Moscow College of Foreign Languages with a BA degree in English and Spanish.  Later she received her MA degree in English Linguistics from the same institution. She has been living in the US since 1991, first in Minnesota and then in California. She was an ESL/English professor and interpreter at various colleges and businesses in Russia. Upon moving to the US she has been pursuing her teaching career in secondary and higher education. Mrs. Peck has been at Pioneer since 1997. Her major field of expertise is working with ESL students of different proficiency levels.

Mrs. Peck extensively travels throughout the world, she speaks fluently three languages. In her free time she enjoys reading and exercise.
